My art is informed by my professional experience as an Art Director of ‘real life’ magazines.  My creative practice plays in the space between personal narratives and the public’s appetite for autobiographic revelation.

I want to manipulate the viewer’s own assumptions and pre-conceptions about those perhaps different from themselves.   I use my fascination with typography to subvert the magazine format. I use type, layering and drawing to explore the paranormal and psychic worlds. And I have an abiding love of life drawing.
